The day after the 9th anniversary of the 9/11 attack I was in Hudson, Ohio. Though not a fan of graffiti, it was comforting to see the word "Liberty" written on the this stone wall under a railroad bridge.

Where Liberty Meets Loyalty

A poignant road sing at the Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
Not far from this intersection you will find a plaque on a large stone with these opening words from The Bivouac of the Dead by Theodore O'Hara:
The muffled drum's sad roll has beat
The soldier's last tattoo;
No more on Life's parade shall meet
That brave and fallen few.
On fame's eternal camping ground
Their silent tents to spread,
And glory guards, with solemn round
The bivouac of the dead.
Theodore O'Hara
